FAQs

Do my clients or crew need to download the SendStatus app?

No. That is the beauty of the system. Your crew sends updates through the WhatsApp app they already have on their phones. Your clients receive a professional PDF or a secure web link that they can view in any browser. No one has to create a new account or learn new software but you.

SendStatus.co was a total lifesaver for me. Anyone that needs to create daily or weekly status reports needs this. The interface is super clean and intuitive. Using WhatsApp, I create status reports for my remodeling clients in just a couple minutes. I just send it voice notes and pictures, it actually does the writing, categorizing content, and making sure grammar is perfect. I could use Chat, Claude or Gemini, but this is a million times easier and faster.
